KIDS CLASS: Learn basic fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu in a fun and friendly environment.

  • This class provides children with an avenue to release all their built up energy, in a controlled manner while learning valuable self defense skills.

WOMEN'S CLASS: Fantastic opportunity for women to stay lean or lose weight all year round.

  • This class provides an intense cardiovascular workout, to burn thousands of calories per session, while also learning basic kickboxing techniques for self-defense.

KICKBOXING: Learn basic fundamentals of boxing/ kickboxing, in a positive and friendly environment.

  • This class is available for everyone, since your session is completely determined by your own level of skills and confidence.
  • Not only will you learn valuable boxing/kickboxing techniques but you will also have the opportunity to spar and execute the techniques you’ve learned.
  • Everyone also has the choice of sparring from light contact to full contact, moderately progressing as they attend.
  • Our instructors always emphasize safety and respect for your partner, while also encouraging everyone to have fun.

JIU-JITSU: Learn how to leverage your own body weight with specialized techniques, to defeat or escape from larger opponents.

  • Jiu Jitsu is known as the “Soft Art” because it isn’t based on strength or power but rather finesse.
  • The Jiu Jitsu class will teach students how to execute various chokes, armlocks, footlocks and leglocks, as well as escapes, to submit or diffuse any further danger from your opponent.

MMA CLASS: As seen in the UFC, this class is for the ultimate health enthusiast and competitor.

  • Learn how to blend grappling and striking techniques from current UFC fighter, NAM PHAN.
  • If you love challenges and want to experience the ultimate training session, this MMA Class is for You.
  • Taught by a Fighter, for those inspired to be a Fighter (Amateur or Professional).
